Why turf, commercially
No mow crew, no irrigation, no reseeding after summer. Once the turf is down, the maintenance line for that square footage mostly disappears.
Play areas, dog runs, and training floors turn natural grass to dirt in a season. Turf over a compacted base takes the same traffic and keeps its face.
We grade the base to move water where it should go before any turf goes down, indoors or out. It’s the part of the job you never see and always live with.

Yes. Recent work includes an indoor training facility for military working dogs at Edwards Air Force Base, a community park with a playground in Winchester, and front yards across an HOA community in Menifee. If the job is turf, we’ll quote it.
It can, and the training facility above is fully indoors. Indoor work changes the base and drainage spec, not the standard the turf is installed to.
