Where we work
San Bernardino County is the other half of the Inland Empire, from the West Valley through the East Valley to the High Desert. We hold the same install standard on a Chino cul-de-sac as on an Apple Valley acre, and every area we serve here has its own section below.
To the south, see Riverside County. Across the county line from Chino Hills, see Orange County.
Chino yards get the full inland spec: heat-reflective turf for hot summers, and a compacted base built for clay that pools and heaves. The free on-site measure is where we match the turf line to your yard’s sun.
Chino Hills borders Orange and Riverside counties, and the crew works both sides of those lines, including Yorba Linda and Corona. Here, we spec for inland heat and build the base for drainage before any turf goes down.
In Montclair, existing turf that’s matted, lifting at a seam, or burned in one spot can usually be fixed without replacing the lawn. We patch with color-matched turf and re-bond seams so the repair blends in.
Upland dog owners get our pet turf system: fully permeable backing over a graded base, pet-rated fibers, and OdorZorb infill where odor starts. Hot weather wakes up pet odor, and PE-51 enzyme spray on the busiest spots keeps it down.
An Ontario estimate is free, and the quote stands either way: no pressure appointment, no today-only pricing. Start with the form, and the owner follows up with a realistic range.
In Rancho Cucamonga, the turf choice starts with heat. Inland summers run into triple digits, so we spec lighter face colors and heat-reflective yarns such as TigerTurf with TigerCool technology. Shade and a quick rinse before barefoot evenings handle the rest.
Inland yards run large, and a large live lawn is a water bill with a mowing habit. Converting the front yard, the side yard, or the backyard the dogs have worn down gives you a lawn that stays green without either.
If the backyard has room, a putting green can go in alongside it, with real breaks and tunable speed. And if you already have turf from another company, we clean and repair that too. Fontana is in the West Valley, and the inland basics apply. Triple-digit summers call for heat-reflective turf. Clay that pools and heaves calls for a base that’s excavated, graded, and plate-compacted before any turf goes down.
Dog owners get the pet system: fully permeable backing, OdorZorb infill, and edges nailed and tucked. ZeoFill, which makes OdorZorb, reports it can keep turf up to 30°F cooler; that’s manufacturer-reported and not independently verified.
For bigger projects, ask about 0% financing: 18 months at 0% interest through Synchrony, or terms up to 20 years through Lion Financial. The estimate itself is free, and the owner follows up with a realistic range. Most installs take two to three days, and if you already have turf, we clean and repair turf from any installer.
This section is the City of San Bernardino. A lawn conversion here ends the watering and mowing, and the base is built for the clay a lot of the Inland Empire sits on.
Kids, dogs, and the path to the side gate wear a live lawn to dirt in a season. In Highland, turf over a compacted base takes the same traffic and keeps its face.
If existing turf in Grand Terrace still smells a day or two after a thorough rinse, the residue is below the surface. A professional deep clean reaches the infill and backing, often with fresh infill brushed back in.
This section covers the City of Redlands and Mentone, an unincorporated community. The turf spec starts with inland heat: lighter face colors, heat-reflective yarns, and a rinse to cool the surface on summer evenings.
The base does the rest. Where a yard sits on clay, as a lot of the Inland Empire does, we excavate, grade the flow away from the house, and plate-compact Class II base, so water drains through the system instead of pooling on the patio. Quality turf over a properly compacted base lasts 15 to 20 years or more, and ours carries a 25-year manufacturer warranty.
Planning in stages? Start with the front yard or the thirstiest stretch and add the rest later. The free on-site measure, with samples, is the place to plan it. Dog yards get fully permeable pet turf with OdorZorb infill near the backing.
Yucaipa homeowners can start with the 30-second form: service, rough size, and ZIP. The owner follows up by text, call, or email, whichever you pick.
Victorville is in the High Desert, and we install there to the same standard as anywhere in the Inland Empire: excavation, a graded and compacted base, and turf chosen for the sun.
In Hesperia, turf replaces a lawn that needs constant water with one that needs none. The estimate form checks your ZIP; if you’re near the edge of the map, call, and we’ll usually make it work.
In the High Desert, our install standard means the full process: excavation, a base graded for drainage and plate-compacted, then turf cut and seamed for a seam-free finish.
On a big lot, turf pays off most. The water savings scale with square footage, and the mowing disappears. Many Inland Empire clients convert the largest, thirstiest zone first and phase the rest over time, and 0% financing helps with the bigger ones: 18 months at 0% interest through Synchrony, or terms up to 20 years through Lion Financial.
Summer heat sets the turf line: lighter face colors and heat-reflective yarns. Bring your questions to the free on-site measure, where you can compare samples in your own yard. Dog owners get the pet system too: permeable backing, OdorZorb infill, and edges locked down against digging.
Local knowledge
Inland summers run hot, so we use lighter face colors and heat-reflective yarns, TigerTurf with TigerCool technology among them, and shade plus a quick rinse keeps the surface comfortable for bare feet.
Where a yard sits on clay, water pools and the ground heaves as it dries. We excavate, grade the flow away from the house, and plate-compact a Class II base before any turf goes down. It’s the part of the job you never see and always live with.
Heat makes pet odor worse, which is why our pet turf uses fully permeable backing and OdorZorb infill near the backing. On the busiest spots, PE-51 enzyme spray breaks down the residue.
Matted, lifting, or holding a smell? We service turf from any installer across the county; see cleaning and repair. Between visits, How to clean artificial grass has the routine.
Good questions
Yes, across the West Valley, the East Valley, and the High Desert, including Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley. The estimate form checks your ZIP instantly, and if you’re near the edge of the map, call; we can often make it work.
It runs warmer than live grass in direct sun, and there are good fixes. Lighter face colors, heat-reflective yarns such as TigerTurf with TigerCool technology, shade, and a quick rinse all help. Turf itself is UV-stabilized and stays green through the heat with no watering.
Yes, when the base is built for it. Clay pools water and heaves as it dries, so we excavate, grade the flow direction deliberately, and plate-compact a Class II base. The water moves through the system, not across your yard.
Yes: 18 months at 0% interest through Synchrony, or terms up to 20 years through Lion Financial. Ask at your free estimate and we’ll walk you through both.
Not the turf itself. The regional SoCal Water$mart Turf Replacement Program from the Metropolitan Water District, which many local water agencies use for their turf rebates, excludes synthetic turf. Check your own water provider’s current terms. What artificial grass does do is take that area off your irrigation schedule for good: no watering, mowing, or reseeding. If you’re also converting part of the yard to planted, climate-appropriate landscaping, that planted area may qualify under your water agency’s rules. Check with them and get approval before you remove any grass, because these programs require approval before work starts.
