In the owners' words
“Throughout the entire process he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and was always available to answer any questions that we had. We added turf, concrete, rock, landscaping and a retaining wall and Brock oversaw it all. My wife hung out on the front porch for a week admiring the beautiful work we had done.”
“We have 2 large young energetic dogs (a Lab and a Great Dane) so the main thing for us is durability and drainage because it gets seriously tested every day in those departments. Even though its been a relatively short amount of time it’s performing flawlessly and I’m certain it will stay that way. It’s enjoyable to be in our yard again and our dogs stay clean!!”
“Our PM/Sales Guy was Brock and his communication was excellent. He was here multiple times throughout the two day install. Chase the owner also checked in with me. They demo’d and prepped everything on day 1 including the mow curb and finished the turf on day 2. If we ever need more areas done, we would 100% use them again.”
Good questions
Most yards are done in 2–3 days once work begins: demo and base prep first, then the turf. You’ll know the plan before the crew shows up.
Most do, and California law limits how far an HOA can prohibit synthetic grass outright. Planned communities usually want an architectural application first; turf spec sheets and samples cover most of what those applications ask for.
Yes. Pet turf is one of our most-requested installs. Permeable backing and a drainage-first base let urine flow through instead of pooling, plus antimicrobial infill. We also deep-clean and deodorize existing pet turf.
