Who we are
Scotts Artificial Grass, CSLB #1024358, a licensed artificial turf installer serving Orange County and Inland Empire, California. This site is scottsgrass.com. Questions about this policy: call or text (888) 909-5055.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we ask for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and a few details about the project (the service you want, rough size, timing, and anything you choose to tell us in the notes box). We also record the time of your request, the page it came from, and your device's IP address, which we keep as proof of consent and to block spam.
If you call or text us, we keep the phone number and the conversation, the same way any business keeps its messages.
How we use it
- To reply to your estimate request by call, text, or email, whichever you picked.
- To schedule and carry out an on-site measure and, if you go ahead, the installation.
- To keep a record of the request and any follow-up.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or trade it. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business: the service that emails us your request, the spreadsheet where requests are logged, and our phone system. Those tools act on our instructions and nothing else.
Text messages
If you tick the "Text message updates" box on the estimate form, you agree that Scotts Artificial Grass may text you about your estimate request at the number you gave us, including with automated technology. Messages are conversational, about your project only. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (888) 909-5055. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
The full program details, including how to opt in and out, are in our SMS terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses basic, aggregate analytics to see which pages get visited and how far people get through the estimate form. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and the consent record stay in our files for as long as we might need them to serve you or to show that consent was given. Ask us to delete your request and we will, unless a law or a warranty obligation requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP.
- See, correct, or delete what we hold about you: call or text (888) 909-5055.
- California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor them for everyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. This version is effective September 14, 2026.
