The problem
You water it all summer and it still goes brown by August. You mow it every weekend and it still looks tired by Wednesday.
SoCal lawns fight drought restrictions, hard clay soil, and hundred-degree weeks. The fight shows: bare patches, mud tracked in every winter, sprinklers that cost more than they deliver, and a weekend chore list that never shrinks.
We replace that fight with a lawn that's finished: premium turf on an engineered base, installed by the same crew that's done it for Orange County and Inland Empire homes since 2017.
What changes

UV-stabilized turf options hold their color through triple-digit summers. No watering, no reseeding, no brown patch by Labor Day.

A live lawn drinks thousands of gallons a month in a SoCal summer. Turf drinks nothing, and the sprinklers, seed, and fertilizer line items disappear with it.

Most yards are finished in 2–3 days: full tear-out, compacted base, seam-free install. The turf carries a 25-year manufacturer warranty and our workmanship guarantee.
How the install works
Anyone can roll out turf. What you're paying for is what's underneath: the tear-out, grading, and compaction that keep a lawn flat and draining for decades.
01
Old lawn, roots, and debris removed, including irrigation capping so nothing leaks under your new yard.
02
Class II road base laid, graded for drainage, and plate-compacted. This layer decides whether turf stays flat for decades.
03
Turf cut to the yard, seams bonded and nailed, edges tucked clean against every border and stone.
04
Infill is brushed in for blade recovery, followed by a full groom and a walkthrough with you. It’s done when you say it’s done.

BeforeAfterFrom a June 2024 install
“Their installation quality was incredible; nails every 2-4 inches, s "zipper" seams, excellent prep work. During the installation they even found and fixed drainage and irrigation to some of the surrounding plants.”

Good questions
Every yard prices differently: size, turf line, and site prep all move the number. Tell us your approximate size and ZIP in the estimate form and the owner follows up with a realistic range, then confirms exact numbers at your free on-site measure.
Most residential installations in Orange County and the Inland Empire take two to three days: tear-out and base preparation on day one, turf cutting and seaming on day two, and infill plus final grooming on day two or three. Larger yards or heavy hardscape add time.
Turf runs warmer than live grass on triple-digit days. Lighter face fibers, heat-reflective yarns, and a quick rinse before barefoot use keep it comfortable, and shaded or coastal yards rarely notice. We help you pick the right line for your exposure.
Quality turf over a properly compacted base lasts 15–20+ years. Ours is backed by a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and the workmanship (seams, edges, grading) is guaranteed by us. The base is what fails first on cheap installs, which is why we compact ours.
